Precautions Before Placing an Order

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there have been delays or temporary suspensions of shipments to certain countries. Please be aware that if a delivery fails due to reasons such as an insufficient address, missing postal code, or incomplete recipient information, the parcel might be returned or discarded.
In the event that a parcel is discarded or returned due to the customer's error, a refund cannot be processed.
Before proceeding with checkout, kindly review your delivery details carefully and remain accessible to calls from the shipping company for verification.
For cases involving claims related to returned parcels due to reasons like insufficient address or unclaimed parcels, these claims can only be processed for deliveries completed within a month.
Notifications regarding customs taxes from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient. Thus, not receiving such notifications cannot be used as grounds for a refund related to returned parcels.
Please stay updated with the tracking information. If there are delays in customs clearance, promptly contact the local customs authorities and initiate the necessary steps to claim your parcel.

Duties and taxes for International Purchasing

When receiving an international shipment, the recipient might incur customs duties, which are imposed upon the arrival of the shipment in the recipient's country.
Any supplementary fees related to import clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Atomy Korea lacks authority over these charges and is unable to foresee their precise amount.
Customs regulations diverge considerably; it's advisable to reach out to your local customs bureau for detailed information.

ORDER

Place Your Order and Make Payment
  • The sales date is set as the same date as the payment date.
  • Only VISA / Master / JCB / UnionPay /AMEX cards issued overseas are accepted.
  • You can only cancel an order at the "Payment Complete" stage, and cancellation is not possible after the "Delivery Preparation" stage.
  • The sales date is based on the Korean date, and if the Korean date falls on a Sunday, the sales date is set as the preceding Saturday.
  • There is a purchase amount limit of KRW 200,000~400,000 won per order, but this amount is the product price excluding shipping costs.

  • Depending on the volume and weight of the ordered products, the order might fail if it needs to be divided into two or more boxes.
  • In such cases, please place separate orders for the products.
